Call, text, email, or the online consultation form — we respond within 24 hours. Tell us about the music, mood, colours, and style. Bring sketches or Pinterest inspiration; we'll use it as a starting point, never a copy.

We develop your design and select fabric based on your routine, vision, and budget. Once the sketch, design and fabric are approved, full payment is required before production begins.

Your costume is made specifically for you. Any necessary fit alterations after completion are included at no additional charge.

Same starting point as solos — we'll also discuss overall budget, number of dancers, and your required delivery date.

New group clients require a $300 Custom Design & Sample Fee, credited toward your final invoice. This covers development of one initial sample. Outside our in-person service area, the sample ships to you (shipping additional).

A fitting on the sample is required before the group order moves to production. Reasonable changes are included; substantial changes or an extra sample may carry an additional fee, always discussed first. Approval + 50% deposit puts the order into production.

A completed measurement chart is required for every dancer, all fields — this supports future costume orders too. In-person measuring is available within our service area for $80.

Remaining balance is due in full on completion. Not ready to receive costumes? We can store the completed order until competition season for a $90 storage fee (paid in full first).
